The hotel is located 200 m from the centre of the village of Patrimonio with its various restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues and 5 km northeast of the town of St Florent (Haute-Corse) with 1,500 inhabitants. The tourist centre and beach at St Florent are approximately 7 km away. Impressive views from the property extend over the picturesque village and surrounding vineyards as far as the gulf of Farinole.

The most appealing feature has to be the large terrace and lovely swimming pool, set in front of the villa in the grassy garden. Further facilities available to guests at this beach hotel include a restaurant and a car park.
This fully air-conditioned villa is conveniently laid out on one level and comprises a living/dining room with TV and DVD player. There is also a kitchen area with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, single sink, electric oven with 4 electric hot plates and a microwave oven. A laundry room with a washing machine and an iron and ironing board is also included. A double-bedded room comes with an en suite bathroom/WC and there are 2 further bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin). A shower room/WC and a separate WC also feature as standard. Furthermore, there are tea and coffee making facilities, centrally regulated air conditioning and a terrace.
The private swimming pool (with security alarm fitted) is only available in high season. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out for use by the water's edge. Alternatively, guests can work on their suntans or try their hand at a selection of water sports, including waterskiing, jet skiing, scuba diving, wind surfing, sailing, catamaran boating and canoeing. The local area may be explored either on horseback or by bike.
