Villa Bottino is a large, refurbished country house located on the Tuscan hills 15 km from Lucca and 20 km from the Versilia Coast. Parking and Wi-Fi are free, and you can relax in the garden with outdoor swimming pool. San Martino in Freddana is the nearest village with shops, restaurant, post office, doctor, and bank. Pisa Airport is 45 km away. Cooking classes available on request. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A member of staff will greet you on arrival. A multilingual phone assistance service is available during business hours. A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 22:00. Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles. Please note that the pool is open from 25 May Until 1 October. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.
