Villa Beach Mansion

This 2-level villa is located directly on the beach in southern North Captiva and is only accessible by boat. Guests can enjoy an ocean view and use the provided 6-metre centre console boat. Guests can enjoy a furnished deck with ocean views and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar counter, and formal dining table. Extras include a spa bath and barbecue facilities. A large flat-screen cable TV, fireplace, and sofa are featured in the main living room area. On the 2nd level, guests can take advantage of a balcony with an ocean view. Jensens Marina on the mainland is 15 minutes away by boat and offers a small convenience store with snacks and essential sundries for purchase. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Villa Island Getaway in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property is only accessible via a 20-foot center console boat. Check-in must be done during the daylight. The marina is 15 minutes from the property. On the day of the arrivals, guests will meet the property manager at Jensens Marina on the Captiva main land. Only 1 car is permitted at the marina. Please note the property manager will transfer guests to the island and review the house, boat, and surroundings. The transfer will take about 15 minutes by boat between the marina and the house. Guests must complete their grocery shopping prior to meeting the property manager at Jensens Marina.
