The Pc Cottage

The PC Cottage is a holiday cottage with a balcony, set in Port Campbell. The property boasts views of the garden and is 700 m from Port Campbell National Park and a 10 minute drive to The 12 Apostles. Free WiFi and private parking is provided on site. The 2-bedroom cottage with a wood fire is surrounded by native plants that attract the local birds and a fenced-in yard that is suitable for pets. The balcony offers a space of tranquility where you can sit and unwind after your day of travel and watch the native birds in the garden. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials, and towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort, with extra heating and flannelette sheets. If you dont wish to use the wood fire then their is also a heater/fan in the open living space and extra heaters in each room. The property is a 500 metre walk to the town centre and beach front, and the neighbourhood is very quiet and safe so its a great place to explore Port Campbell and its surrounding areas from. Please inform The PC Cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check in closes strictly at 19:30. You can not check in outside reception opening hours unless you have paid for your accommodation before your arrival. Please provide your email address during booking. A code to access the lock box and check in instructions will be sent to you via email closer to your arrival date. The property will contact you via Booking.com with booking confirmation and check in details. Please note that the property must be left in a clean state. Extra fees will apply if the BBQ is not left clean. Any damage to the property and evidence of smoking within the property will result in extra charges.
