Sunny Place

Sunny Place is a community of studio and one-bedroom apartments just one block from the beach. All have patios with BBQ facilities and views of the lush gardens. Sunny Place apartments have fully equipped kitchens and furnished seating and dining areas. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are also available. A variety of amenities are provided for guests at Sunny Place, including books, bed and bath linens and beach towels, chairs, and toys. The Sunny Place community is 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale, and 15 minutes south of Boca Raton. The nearby beach has lifeguards, as well as picnic and play areas. Pompano Beach has many restaurants and shops that are only a short walk away from Sunny Place. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sunny Place in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability upon check-in. Additional charges may apply. Please note, upon booking guests will receive an email from the hotel with a request for a copy of a valid photo ID. Guest will also be asked to provide a 4-digit door code for the hotel to program the apartments keyless door entry. Once completed and returned, the hotel will send you driving directions and door code instructions.
