This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The agency is open from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00. On Sunday, it is open from 10:00 until 12:00, and from 15:00 until 18:00. Please let the property know in advance if you arrive outside reception opening hours. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The apartment must be left clean, or an additional cleaning fee will apply. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent bed linen at EUR 10 per person and towels at EUR 5 per person. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged extra according to usage.
