"Boats and Bedzzz" offers unique houseboats, moored in a peaceful location on the River Murray at Renmark, while "Renmark River Villas" (across the road from the houseboats), offers 2 holiday homes, 1 with a private pool. "Boats and Bedzzz" and "Renmark River Villas" are only 5 minutes walk from Renmark Town Centre where you will find a range of dining options and shops. Each houseboat and villa are full self-contained with full-sized kitchens, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and covered outdoor areas with hooded barbecue. All linen and towels are supplied. Each houseboat comes with a large 2-person kayak. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Renmark River Villas and Boats & Bedzzz in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isnt accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of AUD 450 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedrooms only, with 1 bed. There is an extra charge per person, per night for use of additional bedrooms.
