We are a shoeless home and ask guests to please remove their shoes upon entering. Please leave your luggage in your car as we will give you a small tour to get your bearings to come down for breakfast, and will end up at the back of the house where your quarters are and where you parked. We are unique as guests have approx 1,000sq ft of living space on 2 levels in complete privacy. They do not have to worry about coming in late as they have their own entrance door with keys and do not have to come back to the front door. A coffee/tea area is available for guests in their quarters as well and during the warm months we offer use of our deck. The futon in the private sitting area can be pulled out into a double bed for a small fee. In fact the quarters have been used for families of 4, small meetings, consultations and reunions. We think it is a very nice place for no matter who comes to our door. We think you will too. Place Victoria Place Bed & Breakfast is just 1 km from Belleville Train Station.
