Ocean View Villas is located in a quiet area of Vincentia, just a short stroll from the beautiful beaches of Jervis Bay. Each 3-bedroom villa is fully self-contained and fully self-catering, with their own bathroom and kitchen. The Husky Pub is just 5 km from Ocean View Villas, while Hyams Beach is 11 minutes drive away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Ocean View Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a credit card. Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to 1 bedroom only. When booking for 4 guests you will have access to 2 bedrooms only. When booking for 6 guests you will have access to all 3 bedrooms. Please note that housekeeping service is not offered. The guest has the option to clean the villa themselves (cleaning products provided) or you can request housekeeping service at an extra charge. Strictly no extra guests are permitted at the premises. If there are more people present at the premises automatically security deposit will not be refunded as this puts our property and other guests at risk.
