This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. All holiday properties are subject to sundry costs including cleaning, linen and booking fees. A bond (security deposit) will be required as a pre-authorisation of a credit card for every booking and a bond pre-authorisation form will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival.
