Nylamp Wasi

The first floor is our home. We live here all year round. For your convenience, in the patio weve placed a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a water boiler and you have dishes and silverware. The second floor, has 5 bedrooms for your use. Three for couples and two for four persons each all with cable TV and running hot water in the shower 24/7. Theres a terrace where you can sit and rest also. And in the third floor, the whole thing is a huge terrace. Half of it is covered with straw so its always fresh, Two tables are there for your convenience. On the other side of the roof, theres a wooden apartment with two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. That is also for rent but the bathroom is shared between both bedrooms. The terrace is fresh and wonderful for you to watch the sunset with a drink or a refreshing cerveza!!!! Located 200 metres from the beach, Nylamp Wasi offers free WiFi and an outdoor patio in Punta Hermosa. Providing a tranquil environment, the rooms in Nylamp Wasi feature private bathrooms with 24/7 hot water. Nylamp Wasi is 10 km from the Pachamac Ruins and 60 km from the airport. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Nylamp Wasi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee. Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
