Les Petites Cerises is a delightful 18th century Charentaise stone farm cottage which has been sympathetically restored to provide the comforts of contemporary living whilst maintaining the rustic charm of rural France - ancient oak beams, exposed stonework and wooden floorboards await you. Overlooking the Mas Chaban Lake, one of the lakes of the Haute Charente and in an area of outstanding beauty, Les Petites Cerises is a perfect country retreat. The cottage offers superb accommodation for up to six people, plus facilities for a baby if required, in the glorious tranquillity of the Charentaise countryside. Set in an 18th-century house, Les Cerisiers is a Charente holiday home located in Massignac. Guests will find a 2-acre garden with view of the nearby lake and terraces. The property also offers free Wi-Fi access. Les Cerisiers features 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath tub and a shower and a separate shower room. Guests will prepare their meals in the houses fully equipped open plan kitchen, with kitchenware, a refrigerator, a microwave and a dishwasher. On site, there is a tennis table. Walking paths can be found around the lake 100 metres away. Chabanias Train Station is a 20 minute drive away and Limoges Airport a 42-minute drive from this property which offers free parking. Please inform Les Petites Cerises in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 26 Sept 2020 until Sat 05 Jun 2021 Please note the bedlinen and towels are provided. Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. A baby cot and high chair can be made available upon request. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
