Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A 30% prepayment deposit is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions and a rental contract to be signed. 100 percent of the total amount of your reservation is requested at least 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that electricity and heating costs are not included in the price.
