A slope for advanced skiers can be found just 150 metres away and other slopes are in the immediate vicinity. The property features a ski boot dryer.

The centre of Aschau with restaurants and a supermarket is 3.5 km away. An artificial lake for swimming, a cowboy theme park and a climbing hall can be reached within a 5-minute drive. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that snow chains are necessary to reach the house during winter.
