In summer, all rates include free access to the public outdoor swimming pool of Lermoos, Panoramabad, 1 km from the property. Bicycles can be stored in a separate lockable room in the cellar. Hiking maps are available free of charge at Haus Montana, and guests enjoy discounted green fees at the Zugspitz golf course, 1.5 km away.
