Rooms look out on the surrounding greenery and have air-conditioning/heating facilities and a TV. Bathrooms and toilets are shared with other guests. Japanese Yukata robes are provided for an extra cost. The property is a 15-minute drive from Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza and a 20-minute drive to Sengataki Onsen hot spring. On-site parking is free. For free pick-up at Shinano-Oiwake Train Station, call before boarding the train and inform the property of your arrival time. A convenience store is located a 5-minute walk away. Guests can chat at the lounge by the wood-burning stove or watch the shared flat-screen TV. Meals are served at the airy dining room at light wood tables with white tablecloths. A Western dinner featuring local vegetables and a simple Western breakfast with toast is available.
