You will find yourselves surrounded by nature in a house with a timeless atmosphere, but still within easy reach of the local amenities, beaches and tourist resorts. Four-room house set on several levels and offers a wonderful view of the lake. The accommodation is an ideal base for excursions to the lake and mountain towns. About 10 km away there is Parco Nazionale della Valgrande, the biggest wilderness park in Italy. Four-room-house, with private entrance, on several storeys. The accommodation consists of: 1st Levelliving kitchen, bathroom with shower, single bedroom. 2nd level living-room with balcony and terrace of about 10 Sqm with table and chairs from here you can enjoy a stunning lake view. 3rd levelbedroom with double bed and extra bed, balcony and bathroom with bathtub. 4th level Topfloor with 2 single beds and 2 extra beds for children. The house can accomodate up to no. 8 people: - 3 people in the bedroom with double bed - 1 person in the single bedroom - 4 people on the top floor Giulietta is an independent 3-floor house in Arizzano, offering a terrace and panoramic views over Lake Maggiore. It boasts an outdoor dining area, a big fireplace and spacious rooms with parquet floors. The Giulietta house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and kitchen. The property is 3.5 km from Lake Maggiore shores and a 10-minute drive from Verbania. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per person per stay for bed linen and EUR 8 per person per stay for towels.
