First Floor: room with kitchenette and a balcony overlooking the lake. Second Floor double bedroom, bathroom with shower. The House can accommodate up to n. 4 people : - 2 people in bedroom on the ground floor - 2 people in bedroom on the Second floor Equipment: Sat-TV, gas cooker with 4 hobs, electric oven, washing machine. Pets not allowed. Francia is a lake-view house on the hills surrounding Lake Maggiore, about 2 km from the lake shores. It features a patio with outdoor dining area, wood-beamed ceilings and parquet floors. Made of 2 floors, the Francia house includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious living room with kitchenette. There is a balcony on the first floor. The property is in Cargiago, a 10-minute drive from Verbania. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 10 per person per stay for bed linen and EUR 8 per person per stay for towels.
