Breakfast is included which can be served to the upper area , dining room or garden We have two rooms available that can sleep up to 4 guests The beach at Harkstead is 3.5 km from the property. Chimneys is set in an Area of Outstanding Beauty with many wonderful walks from the doorstep, Alton Water Sports close by , Picnic Area ,Cycle Hire and much more.
