Great boutiques and antique shops, wonderful restaurants, Chatham Angler games, biking and fantastic beaches. We searched a long time to find the right house for us. All houses with seven foot ceiling were immediately out of the running. We wanted a house filled with light with room enough for our large extended family. This property charmed us from the get go with its beautifully landscaped grounds, expansive floor plan, great location and overall good feel. We have enjoyed furnishing the house from top to bottom seeking out those special items that add a little zing. From a spinning authentic captains wheel coffee table, to a big metal fish hanging from the two story sunroom from a tackle this house is filled with special touches that make a house a home. We especially enjoy the two private decks and the public deck that runs along the sunroom, living room and dining room. This house is an indoor/outdoor haven. It also has a private entrance to the family room, basement King bedroom which has its own kitchenette and full bathroom.
