Casa Anita

Located in the centre of Tiarno di Sotto, Casa Anita features spacious apartments with a balcony, an equipped kitchenette and a seating/dining area. Each has an en suite bathroom and satellite TV. Lake Garda and Lake Idro are approximately 20 minutes by car from the property, while Lake Ledro is only 4 km away. A bus stopping only 150 metres from the apartments links with Riva del Garda. The Anita is within walking distance from a restaurant, a supermarket and a free public car park. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Casa Anita in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating is available at extra costs and is charged on consumption. Check-in and key collection is available from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00 and on Sunday from 10:00 until 12:00 and from 15:00 until 18:00. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site: bed linen at EUR 10 per person per set, towels at EUR 5 per person per set.
