This pet friendly holiday home is partially air-conditioned and offers wide entertaining decks, a spacious open plan living space, a large modern kitchen and a sunken lounge area with a fireplace, flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom in Peregian Beach Acres has a balcony overlooking acreage and an en suite bathroom with a bath and double shower. The 2nd wing includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 350 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment via bank transfer is also available. You will be contacted by the property to arrange payment. Please note that this property has a strict No Party Policy. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual Schoolies Week period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
