By the Sea Guests Bed & Breakfast & Suites

Boasting a private beach area, By The Sea Guests is located in Dennis Port, Massachusetts. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including beaching, boating, fishing, golfing, dining, and shopping. A mini fridge, cable TV, WIFI, a private bathroom, heat, and air conditioning are included in every room. Most also have ceiling fans. Private bathrooms are equipped with towels. Select rooms have partial ocean or oceanfront rooms. By the Sea Guests features a gas firepit, gas grill, outdoor seating, a lovely enclosed veranda overlooking the ocean, and a private beach shared with other guests. A seasonal complimentary hot breakfast is served each morning in the veranda for bed and breakfast patrons only. Guests staying in the suites or vacation homes have the option of adding in breakfast for an extra charge. Breakfast is served to guests on the veranda during peak seasons: May through October. It is NOT available to guests in the winter from November through April. Please note: The front desk/reservations desk hours change seasonally, based on staffing resources and demand. In the winter, were currently open Monday - Friday from 12-5 PM EST. We are closed on weekends and winter holidays but you can book at any time through Booking.com. During the winter, we do not have a guest lobby or concierge services. Check-in and checkout are completely contactless. We will contact you a few days prior to arrival to review: We put a white envelope with your name on it in the check-in black mailbox, located on the porch of the suites building (white with blue diamonds building next to the street). Your instructions to your room and keys are inside the envelope. We charge the card on file the day before arrival. To checkout, just leave the keys locked inside the room. Emergency and contact numbers are provided upon arrival in case any issues or questions arise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. This property does not accept early check ins or late check outs. We are not pet-friendly. Incidental and fees may be charged to your account in the event of smoking, damages, missing items, lost keys, messes, loud noise or unruly, offensive, or inappropriate behavior, bringing a pet or unauthorized guest on premises, optional service add-ons, such as gratuities, breakfast, or merchandise, etc. Since we are contactless, your credit card will be charged on file for any remaining balances prior to check-in. We will attempt to notify you of any incidental fees.
