The kitchen is fully-equipped including dishwasher and tea and coffee making facilities. The laundry boasts a top loading washing machine and tumble dryer. If you can drag yourself away from views of the ever-changing Southern Ocean, a high definition LCD TV connected to cable channels will entertain. This property has newly renovated bathroom, carpet and paint. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property requires a AUD 150.00 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This is refundable on check-out subject to inspection.
