At Akasha, guests have exclusive use of the private villa, as well as the 120-hectare property on which is it located. Relax in a hammock or explore the vast grounds boasting fynbos and forest kloof, with a guide or alone after receiving a complimentary orientation drive. The retreat offers panoramic views of flora, fauna and bird life. The Grootvadersbosch Nature Reserve is 25 km away and the Breede River, which meets the Indian Ocean is a 50-minute drive away. The hosts live nearby, and can arrange meals or grocery deliveries. Please inform Akasha Mountain Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time.
