Set in 24-hectare private farmland in the countryside around Pergusa, Baglio Pollicarini features elegant rooms with 18th-century frescoes and brickworks. A fixed daily menu can be sampled in the Sicilian restaurant. All very spacious, rooms are located in a converted 17th-century monastery. Each includes a TV and a bathroom with toiletries.
