The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 carries the following extra charges: - From 22:00 to 00:00, EUR 50; - From 00:00 to 02:30, EUR 100. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the persons ID and credit card. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. When travelling with pets, please note that one pet with a maximum weight of 20 kg is allowed.
