The main house has 3 bedrooms all finished to the highest standards , each with their own bathroom and each overlooking the green valley below. In the main bedroom there is the original stone sink which is a lovely feature. The pretty guest cottage has its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and is a great place for the kids to stay, near to the main house. We have a beautiful private swimming pool and spacious sun deck large enough for 8 people to relax.T The house has telephone, internet, wireless, computer with printer, Sky TV, Dishwasher, Freezer, Washing Machine, Tumble dryer, Cappucinno machine, bread maker, indoor and outdoor dinning tables and everything expected of a luxury villa. The house is surrounded by 150 olive trees which give us our own Olive Oil production every Autumn, as well as Cherry trees and Apricot trees. If you time your stay for Autumn you may be able to pick the ripe fresh Figs from the 4 trees around the house ! The grounds have been greatly restored and landscaped and we have loved watching the house evolve back into the beautiful farmhouse it once was. We feel like we are in another world when we are here. Perched on a hill overlooking the Pergo Valley, Villa Valerie is a 500-year-old Tuscan farmhouse between Cortona and Torreone. It features a private pool, free WiFi throughout, and panoramic countryside views. Villa Valerie includes a TV, computer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine and dishwasher. A few steps away is an included small cottage with a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Guests can also enjoy BBQ facilities along with a patio and sun deck with outdoor furniture. There is a large grass area with a goal perfect for a game of football. The centre of Cortona is 2 km away, while Siena can be reached in a 40-minute drive. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 01 Oct 2021 until Sun 01 May 2022 A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged EUR 50 per day when used. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged EUR 25 per day when used.
