You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Kindly note swimming pool heating is possible. Heated pool requests must be confirmed by the management company in advance. If confirmed, the heated pool will result in an additional cost. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and total price if guest cancels within the 30 days period before arrival. The guest will be charged a 30% prepayment right after reservation and the remaining amount just before the 30 days before arrival period.
