Villa Teto

Villa Teto is set 4 km from the village of Lappato and a 15-minute drive from Capannori A11 Motorway Exit. It boasts an outdoor swimming pool, a shaded patio with table and chairs, and a spacious garden.

The villa features a large living/dining area with TV, sofa and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher and microwave, and one of the bathrooms with spa bath. It has wood-beamed ceilings and rustic furnishings.

Free parking is provided on site. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
A member of staff will greet you on arrival. A multilingual phone assistance service is available during business hours.

A surcharge applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property.
The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 22:00.

Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles.
