This family-run apartment is situated on the first row back from the beach in Zingst, just a few minutes walk along the beach from the town centre. It offers a fireplace as well as an wellness area in the attic with a private sauna, window and stunning views. Newly built in October 2017, the whole villa is barrier-free and wheelchair-accessible and all areas can be completely accessed by lift/elevator. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double sofa bed, a separate bedroom with flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with spa shower and a heated floor. The apartment also features discreet lighting. Fresh rolls are available each morning during the summer season at a mobile bakery in front of your doorstep. On request, the family running Villa Strandblick are happy to organise leisure trips, concerts, massages, bird-watching tours and sailing tips.. Please inform Villa Strandblick 6 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
