Villa Montgo Denia

The accommodation features 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with a satellite TV, air conditioning and a DVD player. It includes views of the Montgo Massif mountain and the Mediterranean sea.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. Guests can also make use of the barbecue facilities in the garden and there are several restaurants in the centre of Denia.

An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including horse riding, cycling and hiking. Les Rotes beach is also only 5 km away and Denia Castle is a 10-minute drive from the property.

The AP-7 motorway can be reached in 20 minutes by car and Villa Montgo Denia provides free private parking. Denia Bus Station is 3 km away. Please inform Villa Montgo Denia in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance.

Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and provide the address and key collection details.

It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
