The property is a 10-minute drive from Seminyak and a 15-minute drive from the Kuta and Legian areas. It is a 3.5-hour journey by car from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

The spacious villa features old teak doors and high timber ceilings. It offers living and dining areas and a kitchen equipped with cooking facilities. Other comforts include a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a CD/DVD player. Private bathrooms come with bath and hot shower facilities.
