Villa Laura consists of 3 stone houses and an outdoor pool in a small village near Barban. Laura Villa is 200 metres from a local bus stop with connections to Pula 2 times a day. The nearest beach is 7 km away, while Pula is at a distance of 28 km. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Mon 01 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
