Offering a terrace with table, chairs and sea views, Villa Khepri is located 700 metres from Marinella sandy beach, on the north-eastern Sardinian coastline.

The villa will provide you with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a garden with BBQ.There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom comes with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. You can enjoy a sea view from the room.

Porto Rotondo is a 5-minute drive from the property, while Olbia Airport is 15 km away. You can find, a supermarket, bar and restaurant within a 10-minute walk from the villa. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
