Victoria 3 is a very nice, well maintained semi-detached holiday house with community pool. The holiday home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open fire place, free WIFI, sat-TV and other comforts. The city center of El Vergel or Els Poblets is about 2 minutes by car. The sandy beach Deveses is about 5 minutes drive. Offering a communal outdoor pool and gardens with bbq facilities, Victoria 3 is located in Els Poblets. Free Wi-Fi access is available in this holiday home. Victoria 3 is air conditioned and is distributed over 2 floors. There is a living room with fireplace, sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. The full kitchen comes with a vast range of kitchen appliances and utensils. Bathrooms have a bathtub or a shower. You can enjoy a mountain view and a pool view from all the rooms. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including horse riding, cycling and hiking. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found within 1 km away of the property. Free parking is available. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to arrange payment and to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that the obligatory daily EUR 11.43 air conditioning and/or EUR 17.14 heating costs, charged in certain periods, are not included in the rate. It is possible to rent a high chair and/or a playpen for an additional cost.
