Ty Derw Country House

Ty Derw is a beautiful Victorian country house nestled in the Dyfi Valley, in Snowdonia National Park. Ty Derw offers bird of prey experiences, Welsh home-cooked food and stylishly designed rooms. The individually decorated bedrooms offers white cotton bedding, quality toiletries, hairdryers, flat-screen TV with DVD players, and quality wooden furniture. Many of the rooms have outstanding country views of the Dyfi Valley. The breakfast menu uses produce from local farmers. A dinner menu is available and often features Welsh lamb and homemade desserts. The Ty Derw Country House has a guest lounge and bar with a fine selection of ales and wines available. The spacious lounge has a TV, DVD player and sofas for guests to relax in. There are many countryside walks surrounding the guesthouse. Free parking is available at the property. Ty Derw offers handling and photographic sessions with the resident birds of prey. Please inform Ty Derw Country House in advance of your expected arrival time. Should guests wish to dine at Ty Derw, a reservation must be made prior to arrival. The property can accommodate children aged 7 years or older. Please note, for late check ins after 22:00, there is an extra fee if GBP 10 per hour.
