Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of SGD 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel.

A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
