About This Hotel

We have recently purchased Tiffyhall and plan to keep it in the high standard the previous owners did. Tiffyhall holiday cottages were actually part of a large croft originally owned by the Earl of Zetland. When the previous owners purchased Tiffyhall it had stood derelict for at least 50 years so needed a lot of tender loving care. The original cottage and attached barn we renovated and converted to what is now both the holiday cottages and a few years later they converted the last range of buildings to a lovely cottage to live in. Their next project was setting aside 4 acres at Tiffyhall and planting up at least 2 of these we trees. They dug 2 large flight ponds and have seen migrating swans flying in and enjoying these. We hope to encourage more wild life and allow our visitors and community to enjoy the trees and land. Set in Kirkwall, within 17 km of Highland Park Distillery, Tiffyhall Holiday Cottage is an accommodation offering garden views. This holiday home offers free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. This holiday home includes 2 bedrooms, a living room and a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Guests at the holiday home can enjoy hiking and fishing nearby, or make the most of the garden. Please inform Tiffyhall Holiday Cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. A 30% non-refundable deposit payment is required either by bank transfer or Paypal,on the day of booking. The rest will be charged, either by bank transfer or Paypal, at least 2 weeks before arrival . The property will provide details shortly after booking. Cash payments are not accepted. Please note there will be no food hamper provided until further notice.
