This adult only property offers rooms that are double-glazed and have fluffy towels and high-quality toiletries. They offer an en suite bathroom, fans and adjustable heating. All rooms have free Wi-Fi and views either to the front towards Orrest Head viewpoint, or to the rear overlooking the award-winning landscaped gardens.
The Willowsmere has 2 guest lounges and a large private garden. There is a well-stocked cellar and a varied whisky collection. Breakfast is a full English and there is an option of a buffet style breakfast too.
Regular buses pass the guest house and Windermere Station is only a 10-minute walk away, or a 2-minute taxi journey away. Lake Windermere can be reached in 10 minutes by foot and you can enjoy a lakeside stroll onto Bowness.
Guests have access to Choices Health Club for a fee, which is at Troutbeck Bridge in Windermere, a 15 minute walk from the property. The facilities include a Sauna, Steam room, Solarium, 15m swimming pool and access to the gym. Please inform The Willowsmere (Adults Only) in advance of your expected arrival time.
