The Western Citypoint Apartments

Each of these city-centre apartments has great views and a great location close to Eyre Square. The property offers free underground parking for one vehicle per apartment.

In each apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with cable TV, a dining area and free, secure underground parking.

guests can dine in the Western Bar & Restaurant which is just a minutes walk from the apartments. During their stay, guests have access to Snap Fitness gym for a surcharge.

Western Citypoint Apartments is run by Western Hotel, which is located nearby. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. Please inform The Western Citypoint Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All CityPoint Apartments are strictly non-smoking.

Please note, guests are not permitted to bring visitors to the property.

Additional charge for gas and electricity will be applied. This only applies to stays over 7 nights.

Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. Further instructions will be provided upon check-in.

Short-term underground parking for check-in at the Western Hotel can be accessed down a ramp from St Bridgets Place. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. There is 1 parking space allocated per apartment.

The property offers free valet underground parking for one vehicle per apartment (parking height restriction is 2.1m).

Please note that the apartments are not cleaned during your stay.

A starter pack of toiletries and cleaning products is provided upon arrival.

Please note that for bookings of 3 apartments or more, the payment options and cancellation policies are different.

The required deposit is 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The property will contact guests shortly after booking to confirm the procedure, along with details regarding the security deposit required upon arrival.

Guests that wish to visit the gym must pay a EUR 10 membership fee. Please note, the gym is only open to guests during staffed hours. Please contact the property for further information.
