Name changes after the booking is made are not permitted. - All guests must be registered at check-in and present a valid passport or identification document, along with valid authorization to stay slip. - Once the booking is completed, the hotel reserves the right to debit guests credit cards. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted. - The same physical credit card used for booking must be present by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment. - The Hotel does not accept third-party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of the credit card, and photo ID/passport of the credit card holder are all submitted to the hotel 7 days before the arrival date.
