A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that room rates do not include electrical and water usage fees. Guests will be charged THB 7 per electrical unit for electricity and THB 27 per unit consumed for water. Guests must pay these fees directly to the property upon check-out. Additional cleaning during the stay is not included in the room rates and an additional fee is to be paid directly at the property if cleaning services are requested. Please be informed that any check-in that is expected to be made after 19:00 hrs, guests have to inform the property directly via either email or phone.
