For guests visiting St Vincents Public and Private Hospitals, both are 10 minutes walk away and for sport fans, both Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) and Rod Laver Arena are 8 minutes drive or tram ride from the property. AKOM Melbourne boasts ultra-modern, 1 and 2-bedroom, self-contained apartments with fully equipped kitchens, balconies, laundry facilities and spacious separate lounge/dining areas as well as air-conditioning and flat-screen TVs with cable channels. WiFi is available. Some apartments enjoy magnificent views of surrounding suburbs and the city centre. There are a range of health and fitness centres in the surrounding areas, which AKOM Melbourne can organise passes to, for an additional charge. Beautiful local recreational parks are within 200 metres from the property and there are a range of shops, supermarkets, chemists and medical centres close by. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note the property does not have a reception desk. You will be sent an email from the property 3 days prior to arrival with these instructions. Guests are required to present a copy of a valid photo ID prior to arrival. This photo ID must be in the same name as the guests name on the credit card used to make the booking. This property has a strict "No Party Policy". Any violation of this policy will result in eviction and additional cleaning fees may be charged. Please note that there is a 1.25% surcharge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card and a 3.85% surcharge when you pay with an American Express credit card.
