You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The front desk is open from 8:00am to 7:00pm daily (office hours are subject to change). If you are arriving after 7:00pm; please contact the property for late arrival instructions for self check-in. An after hours emergency phone is located on the front porch of the property (next to the key lock-boxes). A telephone operator is able to assist if you are not able to access the lock-box with the keys to your room.
