The Parks Guest Accommodation

This small, family-run guest house is 400 metres from the seafront and a 300-metre level walk from Torquay train station and the English Riviera Conference Centre. The guest house is situated next to parkland in the heart of the English Riviera. It is a 2-minute walk from Torre Abbey and Gardens, and a 10-minute scenic walk from the marina and town centre. There is ample parking.Each room has an en suite bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities, and many rooms are family-size. Please inform The Parks in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Group Bookings: Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties or large groups. The number of guests cannot exceed the amount stated in the maximum occupancy for each room type. Additional guests cannot be accommodated in the same room (children included). Early breakfasts are only possible by prior agreement. Standard breakfast is served from 08:30 until 09:30. Please note that the property has a dog. Please inform the property in advance if you suffer from allergies. The Parks can accommodate children aged 3 years or older. Dogs may be allowed in certain rooms only by prior agreement, subject to charges and a maximum of two dogs per room. There is strictly no smoking inside the property. Ashtrays are provided in the garden. Anyone caught smoking in the property will be escorted off the premises immediately.
