The Kensington Suite

Set on the ground floor in a Grade II listed building built in 1833, The Kensington Suite is a 1-bedroom apartment. There is a large bedroom, bathroom and a spacious living area including a fully fitted kitchen, dining table, sofas and flat-screen TV. Both the Theatre Royal and Plymouth Hoe are within 500 metres from the apartment. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented on arrival. Guests must also provide a valid photo ID matching the name of the customer on the card. Photo IDs may also be required from all accompanying guests. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.
