The Boshoff

The Boshoff offers 5 choices of self catering accommodation suitable for a max of 2 guests in each room/unit. Each room offers a kitchenette, private patio area, air conditioning, unlimited fibre wifi, TV with Netflix, parking and most of the features, facilities and amenities guests may need to ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay. Fishing can be enjoyed nearby. King Shaka International Airport is 47 km from the property. Important House rules, please read before making a reservation: Check in is strictly between 14h00 and 18h00. Late check ins will incur a late check in fee. (The property does not have a 24 hour reception) - Check-ins between 6pm and 9pm pm will incur a surcharge of R750.00. - Guests arriving after 9pm will forfeit their booking and will not be checked in with no refund of their reservation fee. NO KEYS WILL BE HANDED OVER AFTER 9PM. Check out is no later than 10h00. Late check out will incur a late check out fee. - Check out between 10am and 11am will incur a surcharge of R500. - Check out after 11pm will incur 1 full day reservation fee. - Maximum of 1 or 2 guests allowed to check into The Boshoff Mini - depending on the number of guests booked and paid for. - Maximum of 6 people allowed to book into The Boshoff IRRESPECTIVE OF AGE. No more than 6 people will be allowed to check in regardless of the age, ie. that includes infants and children. - No additional guests are allowed on the property other than those present and signed in at check in. NO VISITORS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. - No additional guests allowed to sleep over on the property including - - The Boshoff and The Boshoff Mini. Should any additional guests be found to have slept over on the property you will be fined at a premium rate of R500 per person per night. - No parties, functions, school or after matric gathering, bachelor/hen parties or any other group related activities are permitted on the premises. - No excessive alcohol is permitted on the property. - Smoking is not allowed inside The Boshoff or inside The Boshoff Mini. If there are any traces, signs or smells indicating that someone was smoking in the house, the deposit will not be refunded, - No loud noise. - No noise after 22h00pm and before 06h00am. - No music allowed to be played in car park or from car speakers. - The house/cottage must be left in the same condition as you found it at the time of check in. If not left in the same condition, the breakage deposit will not be refunded. - A R600 refundable breakage deposit is due in cash upon arrival at check in. The Deposit will be refunded within 3 days after check out should the house be left in the same condition it was found at check in, with no breakages or other issues and all of our terms and conditions adhered to. Group Bookings:- The person making the reservation: -Accepts full responsibility, in his/her personal capacity, for any losses, breakages or damages of any nature occurring to the Holiday Home, or the content thereof, during their stay. -Agrees to convey all of the propertys Terms and Conditions to all the members in his/her group, and -Accepts the responsibility to ensure that all members adhere to the stipulations of these Terms and Conditions. -Accepts that the number of people and number of vehicles are in accordance with the propertys terms and conditions. The capacity of the house/garden cottage will reflect on your booking form and may not be exceeded. -Right of admission to all properties is reserved. If any person in the group misbehaves to the judgment of the owner of the property, everyone in the group has to leave the premises immediately on request of the owner, without a warning. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A surcharge of 750.00R applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
