During the three-day medical surveillance period with amber code, no makeup room service will be provided.

The hotel will charge HK$1,000 per room as a disinfection treatment fee if a guest is classified as preliminary or confirmed positive cases during their stay at the hotel or within 24 hours of departing the hotel.
