Tenuta La Borghetta has a peaceful location in the Lugana wine district, a 10-minute drive from Sirmione on Lake Garda. It is a working farm producing its own wine. WiFi is free throughout. The apartments are bright and spacious, each with a view of the vineyards. They are air conditioned and feature a kitchen. The swimming pool at La Borghetta is always open, weather permitting. Guests can also relax on the patio and admire views of San Martino Tower. The farmhouse provides free parking and a car is the best way of getting around. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. Please inform Tenuta La Borghetta in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 03 Oct 2021 until Fri 01 Apr 2022 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in is not possible after 18:00. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Final cleaning is included for the whole apartment except the kitchen, which should be left clean. Cleaning during your stay and change of bed linen/towels are available at an extra cost.
